Summary

Below is a guide to the Financials & Levies section of the app which will allow you to view your current levy balance. You will also be able to view past levies, owner statements and make payments.

Step 1: Scroll to Financials & Levies screen within the Stratafy App Menu.

Step 2:  The Summary Tab will show you any levies which are outstanding and allows you to download a current levy statement. Click on the Statement of Account button to view a copy of your current levy statement.

Step 3:  The Pay Now Button will show your current due amount and the due date for payment. Proceed to use your online banking to send payment.

• NOTE: Ensure that you have your reference number is in the description. 

Step 4: Levies allows owners to see all previous levies which have been paid since implementation of Stratafy for your property. Here you can view a current or previous levy and pay directly for these levies.
